The Mercedes-Benz Type 300 (chassis codes W186, W188, and W189) were the company's largest and most-prestigious models throughout the 1950s. Analogous to today's S-Class, the Type 300 cars were elegant, powerful, exclusive, and expensive. The 300, 300b, 300c, and 300d touring cars were often referred to as Adenauers after Konrad Adenauer, the first Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany. In office from 1949 to 1963, he employed six custom convertible, hardtop, and landaulet versions of this model during his tenure.
The "W188" Type 300 S was Mercedes-Benz's top-end vehicle on its introduction at the Paris Salon in October 1951. The Type 300 S came as a 2+2 coupe, cabriolet (with landau bars) (officially Cabriolet A), or roadster. Although mechanically similar to the contemporary W186, the largely hand-built W188 was marketed as one of the top luxury cars in the world.
7.8:1 compression and triple Solex carburettors raised engine output to 150 PS (148 hp/110 kW) at 5000 rpm.
At DM 34,500 for all versions ($ 3,925 in the USA[2]), these cars were significantly more expensive then the regular W186 cars.
From July, 1952 to August, 1955, a total of 216 Coupés, 203 Cabriolet As and 141 Roadsters were produced.

Mercedes-Benz 300 S ist die Bezeichnung einer Baureihe von Coupés und Cabriolets, die vom Limousinen-Modell 300 abgeleitet wurde. Die Modelle wurden auf dem Pariser Salon im Oktober 1951 vorgestellt.
Die 300er auf verkürztem Chassis mit zwei Türen waren die letzte Baureihe von Mercedes, die es noch mit dem alten Variantenreichtum der Radstände und Scheiben-Anzahlen gab: Coupés und Cabrios in kurzer ("A") und langer ("B") Bauweise, erkennbar am Vorhandensein oder Fehlen einer weiteren Seitenscheibe hinter den Türen. Diese Sportwagen-Ausführungen des Typs 300 S mit kurzem Radstand sind heute seltener und begehrter als der berühmte „Flügeltürer“ 300 SL.
Zusammen mit der 300er Limousine waren diese Modelle die letzten Pkw von Daimler-Benz, die noch auf einen eigenen Rahmen (Fahrgestell) aufbauten. Moderne Fahrzeugkonzepte haben eine selbsttragende Karosserie (z. B. die "Ponton"-Modelle).
Die Fahrzeuge waren als Coupé, Cabriolet A und Roadster auf dem verkürzten Chassis der Limousine lieferbar. Sie hatten den Sechszylindermotor des Modells W186 mit 2998 ccm Hubraum, der mit drei Solex-Vergasern nun 150 PS (110 kW) entwickelte und die Fahrzeuge bis auf 176 km/h beschleunigte. The iPhone QR code scanner app I used couldn't scan it. Maybe because the code wasn't flat, but curved around the pole? Also, don't make me have to bend down in order to scan a code. I'm tall, but even so, regular-sized people would still have go bend down. That said, I don't think the Vancouver Opera company had a say in placement.

Belldandy Ghost looks to the Commisionar again then felt it neccessary to yell out "Dude....shoot him in the head already! FINISH HIM!" She wasnt really blood thirsty as she may have seemed. She just wanted this to be over already.
Nellie Meads calmly offers the lighter back to the woman, as the ear goes up in blue flame and a thin ribbon of stinky smoke. "Thanks, it's like *un* sympathetic magic, y'know. " She turns to find the woman had skittered away, still having the lighter held up. She shrugs, and then waves her hand in front of her nose at the charring. She jams the lighter in her pocket, hoists herself up in the crabwalk again, and skitters up the hill a little.

Roaman Enzo shakes his with a slight grin and returns his attention to the scene. But not before looking at the Kid that casued this. Well maybe not caused it but his dislike for kids being said. She is Deb and Deet's after all. So he just smiles "Mama will be just fine"
Kimani Silvercloud nose wrinkles as the scent of the burning ear is breezed up the hill
Nellie Meads: "Good riddance, ear."
Rai Pawpad watches it burn with some regret. "It was a cool trophy. But it was gonna stink sooner or later."
Debra Charron catches the shell in the outside lower-left quadrant of her abdomen, which eruots in a spray of red as the shell enters and exits her unarmoured body. Her body jerks slightly to the left and a growl rises from deep in her throat, but in this brief instance before the pain hits, her hand brings the muzzle again over his high-upper-torso and with the echo of a long-dead firearms instructor ringing in her ears to "kill the fucker, don't dance with him"...she again responds to years of training and unleases a "double tap".......two shots, the second slightly higher than the first. Once again lead is crossing the gap between her and her opponent.
Jaina Lefevre sucks in a breath as she sees Deb get hit and lets go of Rai's arm to hug her own knees with fingers gone white. She's silent now, trembling and pale as she watches.

Rai Pawpad has to stuff down the urge to launch himself down the hill at the man's head. Instead he shifts a few feet and puts his arms all the way around Jaina.
Pyros Zenovka just grunts as he feels the burn in his chest of course wearing the carperice armor helps alot slowing the round so it didn;t do to much damage to his chest. But still he is bleeding he just lets out another grunt pulling on the trigger fireing another round from the 8 inch luger."DIe you dog." he yells out his body moveing pushing off as the round goes off from the barrel charge at her . His body changeing one round missing the other cutting a nice length across th eside of his neck more of his blood driping but still nothing mortal yet.

Her features can only be described as serene as the seabreeze ruffles her hair and her eyes critically rake over her opponent, taking in how he stands, his equipment and generally taking the measure of him. She speaks, managing to keep most of the mocking tone from her voice, "I'm glad to hear that you're proficent in this evolution Commisar. From the tin suit your're wearing to a duel, I'd mistaken you for a rookie. Now I don't have to feel bad about you being drafted for this." Deb settles her hips and looks the man square on, " I can't say i have any special flair for this stuff outside what your boss has alluded to alreasy...." Deb glances at Tres and back to Pyros....."as he stated, I was created to soldier...so you could say I was born for this........." Deb lowers her right hand to her holsterd USP and waits...... "I'm ready at your convenience...."
Esha Rajal beamed a smile at Simon and took the cigarette that he'd offered, sighing with relief. So much tension in the air with all of that waiting... She slid the cigarette between her lips and grabbed her own zippo from her pocket, lighting up almost instantly. "Thanks," she nodded to the sergeant. "Needed that for sure." And she was back to watching again, this time puffing away happily...

PLus it has some hidden goodies in it." he just smiles at her his hand moveing down to the holster of the luger the remade gun he used for exactions he had to carry out back at the mainland."SO then what we what for high noon then?"

Belldandy Ghost looks at the Commisionar's gear herself, her shades, which had lines of codeing constantly scrolling across it had changed from one green tint to another. Now she was using its scan feature to look over the gear, trying to see what sort of things he had hidden in it and the probability of Debra being able to dodge them, assuming they werent explosive.
Roaman Enzo walks over to the gathering a top the hill. Roaman looks down and sees Deb and Tres. He spots Deets ever close by. Smileing to himself then turning to Esha and Simon. "Where do they stand so far? And do we have our people in place in case this gets out of hand?"
Simon Netizen looks back at Ro then back down the hill. "Us three, and Taiyou's down there," he nods. "Startin' to think they may just dance and call it a night."
Debra Charron grins wolfishly, looking about as happy as anyone has ever seen her. "No need to wait, we're under freetown rules." The devil sparkles in Deb's green eyes as her hand hovers over her pistol-butt, "Make a move"
Jaina Lefevre mutters. "He sent five soldiers to come get me and Rai...and only has one to stand there with him for this. I don't think he's takin' this very seriously, do you?"
Kimani Silvercloud her ears go down defensively she glances at Jai "seems he isnt, he'll be sorry though"
Rai Pawpad squeezes her hand. "Maybe he was takin us real seriously. He should. How's his face lookin?"

Pyros Zenovka just moves his hand not ready to draw the gun move working the holster open his hand cracking his knuckles for a moment"You do know after i win.. You family will have to join you." he just gives her a blank look throwing out the threat out there to maybe knock her off for a moment or two.

Debra Charron will...if she has time later...reflect that her opponent probably didn't understand what "Freetown rules" meant. The moment the man's hand moves after he was told to "make his move", Deb's own right hand caresses the pistol butt and her old and familiar USP is rising to its natural firing position. Her draw is what she was trained to do in close combat, not the awkward 'wild west" yank-and-fire - but the smooth movement of someone who very much wants the first shot to count. The weapon's muzzle blankets Pyros center-chest as her finger snaps the trigger back smoothly, counting on years of practice and muzzle-rise to place her rounds slightly above center-chest - and hopefully sending them richocheting up into his head if they fail to penetrate. Her pistol barks once and a .45 caliber ball round begins its journey topwards the Commisar.
