A pic of my new Xbox 360 Elite (Falcon model) with a copy of Call of Duty 4 playing. Worth the wait since it matches my TV compared to the old white 360. And HDMI connection rocks!

I woke up at 4 am to the sound of chairs squeaking, either giggling or whimpering, and the urge to pee... =P It was really annoying. Farlo's brother kevin was up laughing at movies while I was upstairs trying to get some shuteye.. It was pretty freaken annoying...
Fell asleep and woke up at 8am. We played some burnout and ate some breakfast while we tried to figure out what we were going to do today.
we decided to go down to Sam's house since nothing was gonna happen lol.
We had soo much fun just talking and hanging with juan xD we played a bit of cod4, I played some trippy music, and juan talked to a couple of people on my phone. It was hillarious xD but like made me look bad in the end, but oh well lol. It was awesome. We watched men in tights (robin hood, that mel brooks film), and had loads of laughs. I recorded some music.
Went home and slept well.

The M14. Got it from COD4, and since I use it alot, I decided "Why not just make it?" and so I did, and this is what it turned out to look like. It was actually an M21, but I didnt like that, so I just turned it into this.

I got an unexpected package in the mail from Kevin today. It was a Black Ops poster that he sent in appreciation for me sending him some girl scout cookies since he couldn't find a spot selling them in NY. Now I need a COD4 poster to complete my trio. In the words of Kevin himself, "Good looks, playa!"

This is about as good as it gets for me I'm afraid - the majority of my scores are just holding even (with the occasional howler).
The one thing I knotice about a long session of CoD4 is that after a while I found myself daydreaming *while* playing! (Something that never happened with BF2). Some of the CoD4 games can be so repetitive that you find yourself inadvertently 'going through the motions'.
The lack of any real teamwork, plus the near absence of tactics and the horrendous random death from above means you can fall into the 'run and gun' rut.
Not that CoD4 cannot be a lot of fun - but so far I have found that there's a fun game only once in every three or four...
I can't help thinking that a 'no airpower' mod would do this game a whole lot of good!

Went to the Halo 3 launch party at Microsofts Mountain View campus.
Halo 3 looks good - am definitely going to get my copy tomorrow (yeah, of course I pre-ordered it), but I've been playing the Call Of Duty 4 multiplayer Beta, and that game is gonna be rocking.
Don't get me wrong, Halo 3 is going to be great as well, but if I was on a deserted island with nothing but an HD TV, an Xbox 360, a high speed internet connection, and a gasoline generator, I think I'd pick COD4...
How are me going to shoot me with a stuffed barrel Waldo?
