I'll be honest I never noticed the dewy cobweb below the branch when I took this Jackdaw shot, I only realised that it was there when I was processing the image. It just adds a little more interest I think.
Often, I am so intent on the result of my actions with the camera, that I don't remember exactly what I did to get there! I think I got the focus, then just leant gently forwards.... and increased the blue in LR
