These guys were just packed into this little cave at the forest clay lick at NWC on 25 Jun 06. I digiscoped this with Brynne's Fujifilm F10 through the Nikon Fieldscope 60mmED w/30X.

Affectionately dedicated to fellow Flickr member cobalt123, who uses that designation for a reason. Taken on the grounds of the Mesa Arizona LDS Temple during a meetup. We went there to look at the annual display of Christmas lights. This photo was taken with a shutter speed of 30 seconds at f/8.
The Chevrolet Cobalt is a compact car initially introduced by Chevrolet in 2004 for the 2005 model year. The Cobalt replaced both the Cavalier and the Toyota-based Geo Prizm/Chevrolet Prizm as Chevrolet's compact car. The Cobalt was available as both a coupe and sedan, and is based on the GM Delta platform also shared with the Chevrolet HHR and the Saturn ION. Also available was a high performance, Chevrolet Cobalt SS.

My favorite soda drink - hard to find, but comes in cobalt glass bottles. "Bawls" is a guarana drink with high, high, high caffeine - and it works great to wake you up. Largest view shows delicate glass waves in the lower portion.
One of a series for a set on chrome. The color and pattern in the reflections come from magnified views of my arms and my patterned dress. Looks good large. These images were taken while I was waiting for my flat tire to be repaired in Cottonwood, Arizona last Friday. Nothing to do, waiting waiting waiting.... No, wait! I had my camera in my bag! The first image is here, and here is the beginning of a set I am building.

This image reminds me of a line from an Ian Tamblyn song called Brush and Paddle.
"Vermillion, cobalt, crimson,
The sky is now electric.
And the light is turning fast."
And so I titled the piece after that line.
The song is about Tom Thomson and his paintings of Ontario.
