A very quiet coastal landscape near Las Cruces, in the southern coast of Valparaíso region. This place has a lot of sandhills and is used by people who loves Motocross for example.
Cape Meares State Scenic Viewpoint is located 10 miles west of Tillamook, Oregon on the north end of the beautiful Three Capes Scenic Route.
"The sleepy village of Cape Meares is tucked along the northern side of the Cape Meares National Wildlife Refuge and Cape Meares State Park. This small, but impressive park is home to both the shortest lighthouse and the largest Sitka Spruce in Oregon. Its viewpoints overlooking the Pacific Ocean are known as a prime whale-watching spots during migration seasons. This area is also a favorite nesting ground for sea birds, including the Common Murre, Bald Eagle, and Peregrine Falcon. It is home to the “Octopus tree,” once featured in Ripley’s Believe It or Not, and was a Native American meeting place.
This village has spectacular and secluded beaches, spanning many miles, and is a perfect location for beach combing, kite flying, camp fires and storm watching. The beach borders the Bay Ocean Spit, separating Tillamook Bay from the ocean, and offers mile and miles of hiking trails among forested sand dunes."

Thanks for taking a look! Always appreciated.
Sunday morning and a walk on the coast with my best friends. We are all out together to enjoy the morning, none of this “back in your basket Toby I’m out alone to take serious photos” nonsense. Sunrise is heading towards silly O’clock, so I have to be civilised and I don’t get my BFFE’s up at dawn, 5:30 will do. We have have missed sunrise, but still the early morning light can be special so I still carry a camera, and this morning was special, it was beautiful. I wouldn’t of caught this photo faffing around with tripod and filters. This photography lark is easy really, easy like Sunday morning.
You might conclude that I've gone beserk with the colour sliders.
But No.
The low low tide exposed all the normally covered reef and sandbar.
The intense green in the sunlight caught my attention.
Enjoyed some beautiful views from the coastal path in Pembrokeshire, this shot was taken from Nolton Haven looking towards St Davids head
The Anastasia Formation extends for 2 miles north along the shoreline with cliffs up to 15 feet high at the House of Refuge. Looking south from the end of the boardwalk, Bathtub Reef is visible.
Immediately ahead is an outcrop with small burrows, aminated crusts, solution pipes, a notch and an abrasion platform, and a mass of collapsed rock. Moving north along the beach moving toward the House of Refuge, there are several outcrops with conspicuous notches.
At the House of Refuge are prominent planar bedding, many fossils (including Busycon), small and large burrows, thick laminated calcium carbonate crusts, lithified infillings, solution pipes, notched cliffs, promontories and small coves, and many large masses of collapsed bedrock.
