Yesterday was another "Meet the D810" event. This one was with my friends at Samy's in Santa Ana, CA.

Greyson was there to help the attending D810 fans make some very nice images.

The SB-910 + Apollo Orb was placed just out of the frame, camera right. The SB-910 with the dome was placed above and slightly behind Greyson, camera left.

People often ask about using soft boxes with the built-in Nikon Commander. As you can see, there isn't any "line of sight" issue. Except that I might be having way too much fun!

I can't wait to work with her again in Culver City next month.

Location: Berlin - 3010km from home.

An awesome and fairly distant spot is this CLS form Sverdlovsk, Russia. A distant larger than 3000km is truely something awesome. Sverdlovsk is the Oblast containing Yekaterinburg, in the Ural Mountains. Unless the owner really likes driving from Yekaterinburg to Berlin, this car is maybe a "new-Berliner".

196 = Sverdlovskaya Oblast (Yekaterinburg)

Beautiful CLS.
