Nice looking clouds. I always take these kinds of shots but rarely post them. I think this would look good with an aircraft emerging from them. Perhaps a trip to O'Hare... Hmm?
This image of cumulus and high cirrus clouds was taken nea the northern end of the La Sal Mountains in May. Aptly named in Latin, Cumulo- means "heap" or "pile", while cirrus means a ringlet or curling lock of hair; these clouds are frequently called mares tails.

There I was sitting on my seat looking over at Vesuvius and the thought struck me "Is that cloud or smoke???" It stayed nice and white so that was a relief:-)
Cumulus congestus clouds from a storm that formed over the Tortolita Mountains near Tucson. The setting sun "painted" the sky with vivid color & contrasts within the different cloud layers.
