They might be small but they can make a big noise

The bus started to overheat even before starting the steep climb up to Monteverde and we had to wait for several hours in a restaurant by the roadside for a replacement. By the time we arrived in Monteverde it was raining and already starting to get dark. There's a hummingbird gallery at the entrance to the Cloud Forest reserve. Plenty of hummingbirds still around but the light was quite poor. Very difficult to focus on the darting birds
