From a walk this morning - had to hurry home as I had not realised the bitter nature of the wind that was here and had not gone out suitably attired!

I usually check the night sky and one night a little over a week back I saw a light streak across the sky, a very short walk got me away from houses for a clearer view of the amazing cloud formations being illuminated by the rising moon.

My path to the far hills lay directly between the two banks of clouds sitting in the valleys on either side.

The moment you realize you should not sit on your couch and rather be out there with your camera.

I tried anyway to capture the amazing burning sky during sunset.
