Taken at the LA Zoo. It was standing about 10 feet away! They're not too shy about getting right up to the visitors.

I'll have to find the name of this guy - he is quite large with the leg span of almost my hand (which is small) and has a cute face!

Roger quietly passed away on Tuesday 11th October 2011.

It is cold, damp, and dreary here in Michigan today. I thought I would post this today to remind myself that spring is on its way. :)
