I wanted to create a black and white 'ripple' effect for a canvas and this is my first attempt.....

looks like I'll be making more attempts before I get my canvas as I'm not 100% happy with this.

Found these guys trailside growing on a downed tree. They look like something out of a coral reef, not a forest. This is taken with the 90mm f2 manual Zuiko probably f11 or 16 on tripod.
