This is 2 separate smoke shots. On each one I use a hue and saturation layer then combined both pics. I used an off cammera flash to the left to light the shot.

With this shot I simply flipped the background colour to white.

Closeup of the train, yes, it was foggy

Closeup of a Baracuda..I wanted to do a shot of the grille focusing in on the Plymouth, the baracuda emblem, and part of the headlight assembly.

I wasnt expecting much of the photo when I took it and thought it may be a "throw away" shot but I like how it turned out. I really like how I caught the people in the corner of the shot

This is the "Classics" collection. It's a test batch, I made some minor corrections for the final versions.

The "Classics" group contains Dickens, Leo Tolstoy's "Anna Karenina", Sheakspear's Tragedies, "Tom Sawyer" by Mark Twain, and Kafka's "Metamorphosis"

All art is either by me or public domain.

My life is so closely tied to those little keys. My fingers know their placement, unless I need a form of punctucation. Thank goodness for BACKSPACE.

Computers played a big part of my life.

I work on them.

I socialize on them.

I keep in touch with friends and family on them.

I met my husband online.

It provides me with money and distractions....

information and rumors...

past, present and future.

But do I have control of my computer,

or does it control me?

This is adapted from Bon Appétit's Bourbon-Walnut Sweet Potato Mash on the November 2007 issue. Instead of using Bourbon, I substitute it with Amaretto. Here is the recipe.
