It's funny how, no matter how well you know a person, if you no longer live with them you don't know some of their little habits. Like the way my brother has his shirts color-coordinated to the hangers they are on.
I had so much fun decorating this closet, it is a must have for anyone in SL who loves fashion! The walls are texture changeable, and the window cushion seats up to two avatars. (Clothing, shoes, and accessories not included)

This is a small space beyond a main wall in the corridor. This image is made primarily from three bracketed versions recombined with a plain rendering to retain some sense of the space. Each of the transparencies took some five hours to run. Again this is made with Dynamic HDR and some tweaking in Corel Photopaint.

Here's my only roster of a Kansas City Southern locomotive - taken in my hometown of Klamath Falls, Oregon.
Spent the day today building my BJD closet on the "first floor" shelf of my own closet. My BJDs live on the 3rd floor! ;)
Work is still in progress. Hubby helped! ♥ ;))
This is part of the SD area where you can see some of the boys shirts and coats, there are drawers too and small shelves for shoes etc.
I'll take new pics as soon as its finished and lights installed. =(>‿◕)=

R. --- [mockingly]] IDontThinkYoureSupposedToHaveDrinksInTheUltimateCloset. [she takes a sip of her coffee] You sound like Teresa right now!
C. --- Whatever! So, what are you going to wear for your shoot?
R. --- I don't know. I have to look around some more.
C. --- I'm eyeing that dress over there. It is sooo cute!
R. --- Which one?
C. --- That one... over there.
[Raquelle turns to look and accidentally spills her coffee on one of the dresses]
R. --- Oops!
C. --- What'd I say about drinks?!
[Raquelle smiles and begins to blush embarrassingly]
The boy discovered that climbing down is sometimes more difficult than climbing up while trying to find matching socks in the closet.
I spent the day sorting through my closet, pulling out-of-season and garage sale candidates. The rest was re-folded and organized.

Mike & I have combined our closets for when his sister Leah arrives for a visit later this month...this entire closet was only mine...I'm amazed I was able to squish all my things into such a small amount of space, lol
In the foreground there is a tall water heater and behind it a shorter water heater. At the back of the closet is a forced air furnace / air conditioning unit - about ten years old.
The short water heater died - it lasted about 16 years. The water heater in front is working fine but is about 14 years old. I’ve got to tear out the working water heater to put the new one in place. I need two water heaters as there are two separate units and so I definitely need two units. Putting in two on demand gas units would be difficult to retrofit and get permits to start the work so I’m going to put in the same type of water heaters.
Now, the thing is, the furnace / AC unit is ten or so years old, and when that needs to be replaced the water heaters would have to be pulled so that the new HVAC unit could be installed, and the. the water heaters would have to be put back in place.
So… I’m going to go ahead and get a new furnace / AC unit.
Definitely a first world problem … I live in a townhouse or row house, so space is at a premium. I knew this when we moved in five years ago.
