This lovely clocktower chimes the time every hour, quarter-hour, half-hour, and three-quarter-hour, during the day, and just the hours at night. It's very close to my flat.
This past weekend Open Door Denver allowed thousands of people to go into buildings that are normally off limits to most folks.. the highlight was the Daniels & Fisher Tower which had NEVER been open to the public above the 14th floor... this is a detail shot of the inside face of the large clock on the South side of the building... I couldn't help but think of the clocktower in "Back To The Future".. I didn't see a DeLorean anywhere nearby though...
