The clocktower at Crouch End, the centre of our village.
Every hour on the hour I hear its chimes and if I'm awake at night I don't need to open my eyes and look at the led clock to know I should be asleep at that hour.
Inspired by the old Playstation 1 game Clocktower :P.

Time for another bit of drama.
This is the clocktower at Roath Park lake, Cardiff.
It's called the Scott Memorial, and was built in 1915.
3 exposures, 1 stop apart, merged and tonemapped.
I'm not usually a fan of overcooked HDR, but it just seemed to work for me.

Wikipedia: The Tour du Leughenaer is an octagonal tower 30m high in Dunkirk. Erected around 1450, this tower is the oldest monument in the city. It was built by Jacques Desfontaines, surrounded in the 18th century by a port surveillance platform, then made higher in 1814 to install a lighthouse. It has retained a large part of its 19th century inner workings. In 1995 it became the equivalent of a listed building.

Christmas in the West Lancashire Market Town of Ormskirk where the clock tower has been shrouded in a net of lights resembling snow falling. A merry Christmas to all my Flickr friends.

Well here is my final picture from my tour of Salford this is the clocktower of Saint Philips Church in Salford
....of the Sultan Abdul Samad colonial building that used to symbolize Kuala Lumpur before the Petronas Twin Towers were built.
A local landmark is the 'Oakes Memorial', a clock tower erected on the Upper Green in 1889 to commemorate Captain Arthur Oakes, a Justice of the Peace. The west face of the clock is directly in line with the front entrance of Downgate, where Oakes lived. The mechanism needs to be wound once a week. It does not keep exact time, for the movement is supported on timber, which changes shape slightly in changeable weather.

There are many locations where we all shoot in the knowledge that it is a place where hundreds if not thousands of photographers have shot before, it can be very enjoyable seeking a viewpoint that hasn't been used before in that location.
This is actually a clocktower in the middle of a lake - weird ey?
