We got a new city sanitary sewer line on our street. We all had to put in the new lines from our houses to the new sanitary sewer line. What may look like a huge gopher trail cost us a pretty penney. Plus it totally destroyed our front and side yards and my garden.

Spaghetti Bolognese - another kitchen cleanout recipe. Season and brown ground beef, minced garlic and chopped onion from the pantry, pour in an open jar of TJ roasted garlic spaghetti sauce, the last remnants of a white wine bottle, simmer while you cook the pasta. Top with cheese and paprika for color (because you're out of fresh basil), throw under a broiler for a little bit, serve.

Please take note these dresses may or may not be a perfect fit as I was just starting out when I made these.....my new dresses fit much much better because of years of practice so these will definitely cost lesser......and oh...i no longer make empire dresses if you notice.....i am in love with making A-line ones now!...hehe
I stored them safely for a period of time so some of them may have creases...but don't worry...i will iron them out really nice before sending out to the buyers!
Hope you like them!! Thanks for looking and all your support!

We did a big office cleanout at work today. This meant wearing jeans and "comfortable" clothes, which is unfortunately not a big selling point for me, as I'm generally more comfortable in my dressier outfits.
At any rate, here I am covered in dust and grime. Have you ever seen someone so resentful at having to wear jeans to work?
Shirtdress is by Dickies, from Torrid many years ago,
capri jeans are, oh, I don't even know, I only keep jeans around for messy work, they probably came from Marshalls,
clogs by Dansko.

A number of people think plumbing can be something better left on the professionals. However, it gets less difficult when you are properly educated and enjoy the proper advice for the job. This information has many plumbing guidelines to help you finish any project.
When you have pipes that can make hammering and squeaking noises, you possess one particular repair. You should anchor almost any exposed pipe. You might want a professional in case the pipes will probably be situated in the ceiling, walls, or maybe the floors.
And also hardwearing . septic tank in good working order, you need to already have it pumped out every 5yrs. This will likely prevent sediment from turning up with your tank, that may make it overflow into the home and yard, and even increase the risk for entire septic system to fail. White it can be somewhat costly to pump the septic tank, it will probably be considerably more expensive should you must clean backup, repair your septic tank or change it out altogether.
Don't spend the money for entire plumbing bill upfront hold back until the plumber finishes the plumbing job. Sometimes plumbers will request a cash deposit before any work can commence however, you avoid making payment on the total bill before the whole job is finished to the satisfaction. It is crucial that you just look at the plumber is doing everything he promised prior to have across the full payment. This will likely protect you from being scammed by fraudulent tradesmen.
When your toilet is clogged, the liquid level from the toilet is low, plus a plunger is just not doing the secret to success, you just might resolve the trouble by pouring a bucket of tepid water in the toilet from waist level or higher. Try this whenever the liquid level gets too low.
Will not put any oil, fat, or greasy foods or products with your sink. These substances will clog the drain while they cool and harden. Oils are particularly damaging to garbage disposals. Make it a point that you just dispose the oils out of your sink.
As was discussed at the outset of this content, while plumbing is an almost impossible chore for any individual to perform, it gets significantly easier if you possess the right advice and data. Take advantage of the advice with this article, and you'll be soon on your way doing own plumbing. www.midwestplumbingpros.com/tag/drain-repair-chicago/
Okay, true: I've had bigger things on my mind over the past couple of years than emptying out my storage units. But there's no real excuse for putting the cleanout off for this long.
I'm not a hoarder. Let's get that established. If I have boxes and boxes of old "MacWeek"s, it's because at some point, it was actually important to my job that I be able to re-familiarize myself with a five-year-old news item. If I've kept them long since the Web made those boxes unnecessary, it's due to the Out Of Sight, Out Of Mind paradox mounted to the turbo engine of laziness.
Nonetheless, the "Hoarders" show on A&E motivated me to prove just how Not A Hoarder I am. Oh, and yes, there's issue of spending X dollars a month to give junk a home.
A new camera lens arrived this morning, too. I've lusted after the Panasonic Lumix 20mm f1.7 Micro Four Thirds pancake lens ever since I got my Olympus PEN. The camera lacks a built-in flash, y'see. A lens that can shoot in almost any available light is uniquely handy. Plus, it's an exceptionally well-regarded piece of glass.
I unexpectedly had a very good month with my Amazon Associates links and I decided to finally pull the trigger. This would be a great day to test it out...my storage place is hardly well-lit.
Anyway. As messy as this looks, it's actually where I left the project after my previous afternoon on this project. Much of the space was taken up by empty boxes...which I had been saving in case I needed to ship some hardware back to their manufacturers. Piles of boxes were cut up and flattened; mountains of hateful, hateful styrofoam blocks had to be cut up and stuffed into feather-light trash bags.
This is what was left in my bag after our road trip to the Northwest.
Now that I got that out of my system, I've decided to let the lab go ahead and scan all my rolls when they're developed. The way I figure it, the $ cost per roll is less than the time commitment, frustrations with scan quality, and color editing that I have to do at home. Unless someone can show me an easier, faster way, that's just how it's going to go.
Oh yeah, and I'm going to settle for the medium quality scans...none of this high quality big $$$ scans that no one can tell the difference on the computer screen. I know, I'm such a rebel, right?

Slapstick video idea: A loaded-up truck just like that one, bumbling along & weaving about on I-95, with angry tailgating drivers behind it, ha ha getting their windshields covered up by stuff flying off. With circus music & splat sound effects, people going crosseyed & grimacing.

A rather sparten looking yard after a cleanout of those trolleybuses that were on loan arrangements following the passing of Ian Little, and around the time that Wayne Little arrived on the scene to take over stewardship of the museum operation, which is illustrated by the appearance of his Wellington BUT trolleybus 66 in the yard, teaming up with Dunedin 76 and 'Breadvan' 388.
