Kansai airport
A technician cleans the windshield of our 767 aircraft that would take us to Okinawa from Kansai airport. Interestingly, the aircraft wasn't in a tight schedule. It stood parked at the stand for maybe two hours.
I am running about a month behind in my back log of images. At that point in time I was still seeing lots of birds as to now when the high heat has either killed off a lot or driven them away.

The Big Ben clock face cleaned by abseilers. The hands were frozen at 12 o'clock, while four cleaners abseil down the front of the clock face. The tower was renamed Elizabeth Tower after the Queen to celebrate her Diamond Jubilee. Big Ben is actually only the bell but many know the landmark by this name.

it's a window, it's not that crazy in and of itself but from a slightly more abstract point of view it may just be....
I have often passed this church on my travels through the town of Stalham, Norfolk, each time telling myself that I must stop and get some images of these clean and attractive geometric lines.
So this morning I did just that.
A frosty but bright morning with a clear Blue sky, perfect!
Wouldn't it be awesome if we could clean up our oceans, clear it all away, reverting it back to the pristine condition it once was.
Well we can hope I suppose, it's great to see groups of children picking up litter from our beaches, the youth seem more concerned about our global warming etc. than most adults!
Well lets hope over the forthcoming years we collectively as a whole achieve the required measures needed, wouldn't that be brilliant!

Cleaned ready for the Worthing Bus Rally this Sunday. A very much work in progress bus at the moment. Yesterday 228 left the workshop having had a new offside rear air bag , idler pulley and 2 new tyres.

Clean Monday is a public holiday in Greece and Cyprus, where it is celebrated with outdoor excursions, the consumption of shellfish and other fasting food,and the widespread custom of flying kites
The ebbing tide has swept the sands clean at Sango Sands Beach, Durness. It is a small sandy cove with scattered rocky outcrops that is a long exposure photographer's paradise as the tide recedes, exposing more and more rocks further down the beach. This view looks just north of east, with blustery winds and seas increasing as a storm approaches from the west.
Durness (Scottish Gaelic: Diùranais) is a village and civil parish in the north-west Highlands of Scotland. It lies on the north coast of the country in the traditional county of Sutherland around 190 km north of Inverness. The area is remote and the parish is huge and sparsely populated covering an area from east of Loch Eriboll to Cape Wrath, the most north-westerly point of the Scottish mainland.

The new Polymer notes are able to be washed and I know a couple of the CSIRO scientists who invented the polymers used in the banknotes.
My photoshop program wouldn't allow me to open the Camera Raw version of the banknotes image warning "printing of notes is illegal".
However, the jpeg version opened ok. I have added other stuff on top of the photo to ensure no misuse (!) as I have watched people photocopying notes at times in my library!
Of course now we regularly meet people who carry no physical money! I wonder how much fraud occurs at the digital level compared to the physical notes! Using my Lensbaby Sweet 50. HCT
So I had the pleasure of being with a lovely pair of Grey Wagtails on my Local River, since last time with them I decided next time I would be not only water level but in the water with my lens only a few inches from the flowing river, I placed my seat in the water for it to be only 1 inch below the seating, tripod and lens levelled and carefully placed, I the put over me and the camera equipment a light weight bag hide, this was brilliant because the water flowed through the mesh. so the I could be comfortable then use the tilt screen and shot these images using live view. this worked very well. was able to monitor the bird and move the camera with ease. what a Wonderfull could of hours, the river had risen from a couple of day earlier making it easier as only a couple of rocks were still above the water line.

I love having a bald head....The women think its sexy and Its as clean-cut as your gonna get! Ppl think its easy to maintain, but the truth is I have to shave it daily with clippers then use a razor in the shower......My head has been shaved for 15 years. When I first shaved it I was a strange bird....It was Me, Kojak & Michael Jordan.
Now Every dude I see is going what I like to call "Nubian" :))
I grew my hair back a few times & just didt like it, so It just stuck.
They call me The Black Mister Clean and Im KOOL with that :))____
