The offside rear door cladding has come adrift from the door, and whenever the front rear is opens a collision of plastic occurs!
Luckily there is YouTube video showing how to remove the trim and re-fit. Very useful.
I needed to purchase a rubber wheel specifically for removing the remnants of the very strong self-adhesive foam tape.
New lower clips were fitted (the originals broke) along with new automotive grade self-adhesive foam tape.
Presses into place and held for a short time with clamps. All complete and has stayed in place since.
The Washington Monument is undergoing repairs from the earthquake. (I never thought I'd write that sentence.) The scaffold is actually pretty cool looking.
I clad our "temporary" kitchen counter eating area in nice Maple. None of these pictures actually show it completed, just dry fit prior to finishing. It's going to look really nice, I think.

Originally built in 1751, this flour mill was later destroyed by a fire and rebuilt in 1869, serving as a grist mill until the 1940s. The building features a gambrel roof, red brick exterior, an oxeye attic window on the rear gambrel, six-over-six double-hung windows, stone lintels and sills, a stucco-clad stone base, gabled dormers, brick pilasters, and multiple entry doors. The building is a contributing structure in the Central Bethlehem Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1972, and expanded to include additional buildings in 1988, and a contributing structure in the Historic Moravian Bethlehem District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places and as a National Historic Landmark in 2012.
