Dublin's Mansion House, home to the Lord Mayor of Dublin on Dawson Street, all lit up with the annual Christmas lights which illuminate decorative colour onto some of the famous buildings in the run up to the festive season.
Gone is the electric Renault Zoe which former Lord Mayor & Green Party Hazel Chu used, Volvo is back in the driving seat with the new 2021 company car, 211-D-1.

Trinity Church is located at the intersection of Broadway and Wall Street. I often liked to visit this church during lunch break or sit in its garden, which to be precise is a very old cemetery where famous people are buried, Alexander Hamilton, among them. (Alexander Hamilton was an American statesman, and Founding Father who served as the first secretary of the treasury from 1789 to 1795).
I was always surprised that the site was an oasis of calmness although the entry is free, in the heart of Broadway which is always filled with crowds of tourists. Each season, different plants are planted in the garden, which is very beautiful.
Fin d'après midi et le brouillard s'épaissit. Le carrousel tente néanmoins d'attirer les plus jeunes pour une farandole lumineuse.

One of my favourite places to go for a walk, to breath fresh air, to think about important things and to enjoy nature. It´s only two kilometres away from where I live and I enjoy this place every time when I´m here...
Today I came there after wrapping the last gifts and doing last preparations for Christmas Eve.
First snow makes me hope that we will have white Christmas...
