Choco Trogon - Trogon comptus - Чокский трогон

recipe for 12 pieces
cupcakes:
340g flour
20g cocoa powder
1 ts salt
1 1/2 ts baking soda
7 ts oil (I used Sunflower)
200ml Buttermilk
150g pears (I take tin-pears)
2 eggs
120g brown sugar
100g chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 180C
Mix flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda in a bowl. In another bowl beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the oil and the buttermilk and beat it well.
Then add the flour mix to the egg/oil mix and beat till combined. Cut the pears in small dices. Add the Pears and the chocolate chips to the dough. Fill the cups 2/3 full and bake 25-30minutes.
Frosting:
250g dark chocolate
250g whipped cream
crumble chocolate in a mixing bowl. Heat the cream in a pot, when its boiling give it about the chocolate. Beat it for 20- 30 minutes! (thanx g#d or the dark lord if you have a kitchen aid)

She wants to be my travel buddy to Tokyo. I am still not sure if she is the one I should take, though it would be a good way to bond with her (since I haven't had time since she arrived).

Choco knows that he's not allowed to sit on the stove.
But Choco is very willful and loves to hop up onto high places like the stove, the refrigerator, and the stereo.
He's taunting me by flipping his ear!
