Close up of a little bowl filled with chocolate chips. I sprinkle them over ice cream usually.
The section of the bowl you see here is about 2" each way.
A small potato chip. I absolutely love them and with some good dip I love them more.

Macro-Mondays-Chip
Every fall, before the snow comes, we cover our garden beds with wood chips. Eventually the chips will break down into compost. We buy ours from Limb Walker, a local chipper/shredder company.
Thanks for the wonderful comments. My Coolpix P1000 is such a phenomenal camera. it can take macro shots and it can take close up shots of the moon. It amazes me!
Created for Macro Mondays of 22 May 2017 theme Chips. I was lazy (or is it lays) this time, just took salt 'n pepper chips in a S&P white bowl.
He loves everyone, rarely barks, smart like a fox, and will fetch to you give up. He weighs 4 1/2 pounds, and about one hundred pounds of personality.
A flick of the head and the mouth full of wood chips are scattered in the wind. Male Pileated Woodpecker building a new nursery :-)

this shell is just a little over a 1/2 an inch. took probably 40 pictures of shell pieces. the little canon 870 p&s does great close-up shots :)
£3.50 for a portion of chips! Almost three times more than my local chippy and that's enough for three people.
These mushrooms are known by their red tops and that is what drew me to it, but it’s cute little top was tilted just like the mushroom in Disney’s Fantasia.

Chip is a chipmunk. Until today I might have said that we don't have chipmunks in Kamloops because I'd never seen one. Today however I saw lots scampering around on one side of the Rivers Trail by the airport.

Chipmunk, (genus Tamias), any of 25 species of small, striped, terrestrial squirrels with large internal cheek pouches used for transporting food. They have prominent eyes and ears, a furry tail, and delicate claws. All are active only during the day, and all but one are North American, occurring from southern Canada to west-central Mexico. Body length among most species ranges from 8 to 16 cm (3.1 to 6.3 inches) and tail length from 6 to 14 cm (2.4 to 5.5 inches).
