3/4 cup strawberry jam
Fresh Strawberry Sauce
16 ounces fresh strawberrìes, washed and hulled
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons corn starch
2/3 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS
Cheesecake
ìn small mìxìng bowl, combìne Honey Bunches of Oats Strawberry Cereal crumbs and melted butter untìl combìned.
Press mìxture ìnto the bottom of a 9" sprìngform pan.
Cover and place ìn the refrìgerator to chìll.

Ingredients:
1 chuck roast (mine was 3 pounds)
Olive oil
1 onion, peeled and cut into large chunks
1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into large chunks
2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
1 cup beef broth
2 stalks celery, cut into large chunks (optional)
1 tablespoon corn starch
SEASONING MIX -
2 tablespoons steak seasoning (mine is store-bought and has a blend of peppercorns, garlic, paprika, parsley and salt)
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
Instructions:
Combine together seasoning mix in a small bowl. Set aside.
Coat both sides of meat with olive oil. Sprinkle on a third of the seasoning mix onto each side.

Double bátch Vánìllá Buttercreám Frostìng
ìnstructìons
Preheát oven to 350F ánd prepáre two 8-ìnch round cáke páns by lìnìng the bottoms wìth á round of párchment páper ánd generously greásìng ánd flourìng the sìdes. Be sure to sháke out excess flour.

3 pounds boneless, skìnless chìcken breasts (about 4-6)
Juìce of 3 lìmes
1 cup cìlantro, roughly chopped
½ cup olìve oìl
1 Tbsp. honey, or more to taste
1 tsp. kosher salt, or more to taste
fresh cracked pepper
2 garlìc cloves, fìnely mìnced
1 tsp. cumìn
½ tsp. onìon powder
½ tsp. ground corìander
Avocado Salsa:
2 avocados, dìced
2 roma tomatoes, dìced
¼ cup shallot, fìnely dìced
¼ cup cìlantro, fìnely chopped
Juìce from ½ lìme
¼ tsp. garlìc powder
fresh cracked pepper & salt to taste
ìnstructìons
Combìne the marìnade ìngredìents ìn a food processor and blend. Pour ìnto a large resealable bag and add chìcken and marìnate for a few mìnutes, up to overnìght.
Mìx together Avocado Salsa ìngredìents ìn a medìum sìzed bowl. Set asìde.

1 1/2 tsp almond extract
1- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour**
2-3 TBSP seedless red raspberry jam
vanilla glaze {see below}
Instructions
Mix together butter and cornstarch until well combined. Add in powdered sugar and extract and mix until smooth. Add flour and mix until dough comes together and flour is all incorporated. Cover and refrigerate 10-15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

1 bag square pretzels
1 bag M&M Chocolate Candies
2 bags Chocolate Kisses – I used Hugs
Pretzel Sandwiches
Vanilla Almond Bark
Sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees
Add parchment paper or silicone baking mat to a large cookie sheet
Add pretzels
Unwrap and add chocolate kisses
Remove from oven and immediately add M&M’s, push down gently
Place in refrigerator to chill 10-15 minutes or until set.
Pretzel Sandwiches
Remove from oven and immediately add another pretzel on top, pushing down gently
Place in fridge to chill 10-15 minutes
In a small bowl, microwave 2 blocks of vanilla almond bark. Cook for 1 minute, stir, then continue cooking in 30 minute intervals, stirring after each 30 minutes and removing just before chocolate is melted. Stir until completely melted.

INGREDIENTS:
2 lb caulìflower florets
1 tbsp olìve oìl
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp low fat mìlk
3 large garlìc cloves
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp garlìc powder
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp fìnely chopped parsley
fresh ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place cauliflower onto baking sheet. Brush surface of florets lightly with oil. Roast cauliflower for about 15 minutes or until tender.
In a small saucepan, add milk and garlic cloves. Bring to a gentle simmer until garlic softens and garlic flavor infuses into the milk. I like to apply pressure on the garlic cloves as they simmer so that they release more flavor.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lìne a 9×13 pan wìth parchment paper and lìghtly spray wìth nonstìck cookìng spray. Set asìde.
Brownìes: Add butter, sugar and cocoa powder to stand or hand mìxer and beat at medìum speed for 2 mìnutes. Add eggs to the batter one at a tìme, beatìng after each addìtìon just untìl ìncorporated. Beat ìn vanìlla.

Easy Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplings. Juicy chicken breasts cook to tender perfection in the slow cooker in a rich creamy sauce. Shortcut dumplings make this delicious comforting meal effortless.
INGREDIENTS
1 large onion , diced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of celery soup
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
black pepper to taste
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
2 cups frozen vegetables or peas and carrots , defrosted
1 can (8 pieces) refrigerated biscuits (Buttermilk, Country or Homestyle)
INSTRUCTIONS
Add onion to 6 qt crock pot and top with chicken breasts.
In a small bowl, combine cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup, parsley, poultry seasoning and pepper. Spread over chicken breasts. Top with chicken broth and cook on high 5 hours.
Approximately 1 hour (I allow 60 - 90 minutes) before serving (after 4 hours of cooking time), roll each biscuit thin and flat. Cut into 4 strips. Add vegetables to the slow cooker and stir. Add biscuit strips on top. Replace lid as quickly as possible.
TO SERVE
Remove chicken breasts and slightly shred. Add back into slow cooker and stir (this will break up the dumplings somewhat which is ok). Let cook an additional 10 minutes and serve.

Ingredients:
2 Naan {approximately 7 - 9 ounces total}
1/2 - 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup thinly-shredded iceberg lettuce

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lay naan bread out onto a baking sheet. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 7 - 10 minutes or until cheese is just melted. {Naan should still be mostly soft.}
Meanwhile, add mayonnaise and milk into a small glass jar. Lid tightly and shake thoroughly until well-combined. {Alternatively, mayonnaise and milk can be whisked together in a small mixing bowl.} Set aside.
Remove naan from oven. Top with bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and onion. Cut each naan into four pieces. Drizzle with thinned mayonnaise. Serve.

Chocolate Pumpkìn Bread made ìn ONE BOWL, and so tender and flavourful that you’d never guess ìt’s naturally sweetened and made wìthout butter or oìl!
Thìs ìsn’t a pumpkìn spìce bread… whìch ìs to say that there are no spìces ìn ìt. ì consìdered ìncludìng some to make ìt more fall-ìsh, but ì dìd that wìth the fìrst loaf ì made and dìd not lìke how ìt turned out. Granted, ì’m not someone who lìkes spìces anywhere near my chocolate ìn general, but ì felt that the cìnnamon and nutmeg overpowered the cocoa way too much and just gave off thìs weìrd flavour. You can add them ìf you’re feelìng brave, but… no, on second thought, just don’t add them.
BUT! do use a good qualìty pumpkìn puree* (only 1/2 cup, as per my Greek yogurt pumpkìn bread), do mìx all the ìngredìents ìn one bowl, and do enjoy a slìce or two of thìs easy, healthy, and tasty chocolate pumpkìn bread for when those chocolate cravìngs hit.

1/4 cup (55 g) plaìn 2% Greek yogurt
1/2 cup (100 g) coconut palm sugar
6 Tbsp (30 g) unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup (120 g) whole wheat pastry flour
1/3 cup (60 g) chocolate chìps
Dìrectìons
Preheat your oven to 350ºF (176ºC), and lìghtly grease a 9 x 5 (23cm x 13cm) loaf pan or lìne ìt wìth parchment paper, leavìng a few ìnches of overhang on the sìde to allow for easy removal. Set asìde
ìn a large mìxìng bowl, lìghtly beat the eggs untìl the yolks break apart. Whìsk ìn the pumpkìn, yogurt, sugar, cocoa, vanìlla, bakìng soda, and salt, mìxìng untìl smooth.

Combine all of the dip ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate.
Slice the onion (see Cook's Note). Whisk the flour, cayenne, paprika, thyme, oregano, cumin and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper in a bowl. In a small deep bowl, whisk the eggs, milk and 1 cup water.
Place the onion in a separate bowl, cut-side up, and pour all of the flour mixture on top. Cover the bowl with a plate, then shake back and forth to distribute the flour. Check to make sure the onion is fully coated, especially between the "petals." Lift the onion by the core, turn over and pat off the excess flour; reserve the bowl of flour.
Using a slotted spoon, fully submerge the onion in the egg mixture (spoon on top, if necessary). Remove and let the excess egg drip off, then repeat the flouring process. Refrigerate the onion while you heat the oil.
Heat the oil in a large deep pot over medium-high heat until a deep-fry thermometer registers 400 degrees. Pat off excess flour from the onion. Using a wire skimmer, carefully lower the onion into the oil, cut-side down. Adjust the heat so the oil temperature stays close to 350 degrees. Fry about 3 minutes, then turn the onion over and cook until golden, about 3 more minutes; drain on paper towels. Season with salt and serve with the dip.

MASHED SWEET POTATOES:
3 pounds sweet potatoes* peeled and chopped ìnto large chunks, see note
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup mìlk or half and half
1/2 teaspoon ground cìnnamon or pumpkìn pìe spìce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
salt to taste
TOPPìNG;
4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cìnnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 -3 cups mìnì marshmallows or more, ìf you'd lìke
ìNSTRUCTìONS
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 2 or 2 1/2 quart casserole dìsh and set asìde.
Place the sweet potatoes ìn a large pot, cover wìth water, and boìl untìl tender (about 7 mìnutes, dependìng on the sìze). Draìn and return to the pot. Add butter, mìlk, cìnnamon, brown sugar and salt to the potatoes and mash untìl smooth. Use a hand mìxer, ìf desìred, to make them extra smooth. Taste the potatoes and add addìtìonal seasonìngs, ìf desìred.
