These are the last pictures I have of my little blond boy before I took him to the vet to begin his trip to the Rainbow Bridge. Poor baby had CANCER! We didn't even know until he became rail thin and lost the ability to walk and the vet examined him and found a ping pong ball size mass in his abdomen. I feel so bad.....he was always the clown of the 3.

What a cheeseball

OP ordered the beef carpaccio with "molten egg", which is that big fried thing that looks like a cheeseball. Just inside of the crusty outside is a half-cooked egg, and the yolk is just slightly runny. Very nicely done, though the beef could have been better separated: we ended up cutting through it all with a knive instead of enjoying each slice.

Homemade cheddar cheeseball and homemade pumpernickle crisps, among others....

Crackers were actually a bit unnecessary in the end as some people brought bread. And people were mostly just eating slices of cheeseball straight.

Cheeseball is a big fan of the Hall of Gems and Minerals... so many cool things to see up close!
