A closer look at the cheese tray that I made for Christmas Eve 2010 featuring olive penguins, a cheeseball igloo and a cheeseball Christmas tree. The Christmas tree cheeseball is decorated with dried dill, red pepper rings, small pieces of carrot (left over from cutting the feet and noses for the penguins), and a star cut from a piece of carrot.
Reminds me of those cheeseball self-esteem posters. This should have a biblical verse on it to make it complete. Totally something hanging in my high school religion classroom.
You know how your kid goes through a stage when they get a "camera" face that they use anytime you point a camera at them? Yeah. My husband never outgrew that. Complete with Miss America wave.
He turned out so cute. I think we'll make a version of him every year. I only wish I'd gotten to taste more than one bite of him.
We had spotty internet access on vacation- and there were a lot of pictures taken, so I'm triyng my best to get them uploaded over the next few days.

My son got into the pantry and found the big container of cheese balls. It looks like he had a lot of fun with them.
