A new disco for the children at the Harpenden Branch of the National Children's Home in 1970.
Younger children are playing a game of football on Highfield Oval, a small boy is playing with a ride on toy.
The teenages have painted a room they have in a garish red colour with paint that was given to them. This has been turned into a coffee bar. A machine is shown with a round black disk of about a foot in diamater that is rotating, music appears to come from this device, it is belived that it was called a record player.

When I came close to this guy he turned over on is back, pretending he was dead.
When I moved away he turned over again and he went on.
this is old. way to old. i'm sorry i couldn't upload yesterday.
i was at the mall/my friends house all day and couldn't get
on flickr in order to do this. i shot before i left, but there was
nothing that i liked, just like the day before yesterdays photo.
i feel bad for uploading old things when i don't like what i
happened to shoot... i feel like i'm cheating and i hate that.
i'll upload something better tonight for todays picture. you
can bet on that. i'm not going to cheat again. hopefully.....

Over the years, i did cover lots of tennis with my photo and video company. I was a tennis pro as a youngster...when i hear those drugs story i just don't know what to say... i have a young athlete at home that would love to be a professionnel hockey player... when he ask me if we need to take drug to win, i must say know.. but sometimes i wonder.. who's next? Nadal? Federer? The Joker? sad story...
