|| Planes, trains, and automobiles today… quite literally. The Peru trek continues! And to tomorrow we’re heading up to Machu Picchu. Hopefully it won’t be too rainy. ||
While I was visiting my sister in Mountain View, we took a quick overnight trip out to Napa for some wine and champagne tasting. It was unusually cold and damp for Napa, the fog rolled in and gave the winery a very Gothic medieval feel.

This moment means more than just the seconds spent within it. Maybe that’s why I keep going back to this one among many. Because the cloud-wrapped mountains remind me that there is beauty even in the ominous, if we would but surrender to what God has planned. And the lonely hut reminds me to stand firm, no matter what winds may come.

Finally about caught up on editing and finding some pictures from December that never got posted. We had a whole weekend of fog that was awesome!
