Recently had an opportunity to visit the historic Longue Vue
Home and gardens in New Orleans. We ended up being the only ones on the tour so were able to ask a lot of questions and linger longer in the 8 acre garden that surrounds the home. The flowers were so beautiful. It started raining while we were wrapping up our time there (as you may notice in the photo) and we had to make a dash for our car to avoid getting drenched.
