A couple enjoying the view from Kerry park , as seen through the sculpture " Changing Form " . The park is named after Mr. & Mrs. Albert Kerry Sr. who donated the land in 1927 . The sculpture is by Doris Chase and was installed in 1971 . Doris Totten Chase was a Seattle born artist who studied at the U W and enjoyed bi-coastal re-nown.

On their way to Ireland, while Gina and Beth were still at SeaTac Airport, Beth texted me to ask if I recognized all these Seattle landmarks.
I did indeed—although I did do some light Googling to find the actual titles of the sculptures, so I could text her back thusly:
Left to right (regardless of closeness to camera): “Rachel the Piggy” at Pike Place Market; Space Needle; “Changing Form” sculpture at Kerry Park (which overlooks the Space Needle from just north of it); “Hammering Man” at Seattle Art Museum; “Black Sun” sculpture at Volunteer Park, Capitol Hill
