Normally blue, if you pedal the bike fast enough, he changes color!

This brilliantly lit pylon and corn field has been erected outside the Council House as part of Birmingham's Climate Change Festival. Great displays all over the city on the dangers we face and the things we can do to avoid them!

There were 10 of us who signed into the Congressman's office (Adam Smith). We also delivered about 20 letters opposing Fast Track that Karen Moskowitz and I (350 Seattle members) had collected on Saturday at the Folk Life Festival.

Time for the shift to change, for the bees and the weather.

Yeah! PNU Library again! (spring 2006, winter 2007) Under a heavy rain after a smoky fog in a lovely autumn day! But this time nothing is as the same as the time when the other two were taken. the angle, the window, the people in the room and the most important; Library itself! It's not gonna be a library any more! How pity!

The end of one phase and the start of another. the end of one month and the start of another (already?)

Description: Sequence of images in the Eocene showing the location of the continents during this time. The point here is that platetectonics plays a major roll in determining the climate change necessary to happen for continental ice sheets to appear.

Napper Tandy's is going to be too busy so I decided to change up and do the Ruckus Pizza & Bar event. As always if you can come out it'll be fun and if you can give a buck or two it's greatly appreciated. (BTW 77% of funds actually go to research, not administration and fundraising).

Hayes Valley Farm was the distribution center for 350 gardens. This little one enjoyed a s'more made over a home made biochar stove by Amanda Joy Ravenhill at the afternoon workshops.

This guy was also changing on the beach and his friends also pretended to yank the towel away.

Hats changed and so did the weapons. The 1911 .45auto pistol is one of my favorites!
