先週"とろりん敷きパッド敷き毛布"買った。下記↓で
古い薄い5年のは捨てていた。
連日全ての冬布団を夜まで干す。厳寒に必要なので毎冬、乾燥させる。
冬用、新しく買った敷きパッドは猫の毛の様に優しい。
左は、西川のロング毛布。ベージュの色味が合っている。暖かさは普通…足りない…過酷な家だから…
秋がない。寒暖差が秋か。肝心な楽しみな「高い澄んだ秋空。秋晴れ」もない、晴れても雲が混ざってくる。

Last week I bought a "Tororin padded blanket". Below ↓
I had thrown away the old thin 5 year old one.
I dry all my winter futons until night every day. It is necessary in severe cold weather, so it is dried every winter.
For winter, the newly purchased bed pad is as gentle as cat fur.
On the left is Nishikawa's long blanket.
The beige color matches.
Warmth is normal...not enough...It's hard to live in a harsh house.

10.3_25:00 明朝は15℃…日中も21℃…☁️朝晩☂️、快適は少なく。すぐに厳寒の冬が来る。ボロ家だから春夏秋冬、他家より過酷な災害レベル、死に近い。生きるのがつらい。障害に難病になるのも納得、数十年。体調悪化(風邪、きのうの下痢など)こわい。ストーブはまだ準備掃除できていない。この布団と、冬の厚着のまま耐える。通院とか掃除とか日用品買い物管理とか冬支度…やる事は山積で、思考するだけで憂鬱…家の邪魔が入る…弱者だから命がけ防寒対策なのに(夏は熱中症対策…自分で精一杯、家は元気でいろ自分で守れ老いて冬が寒さが全員に対してこわい。
昨夜UPした「阿部寛が他人からの優しさで暖かい手料理️を出してくれる、ストーブの別ボロ部屋で孤独に食べる」暖かい手料理とても羨ましいです。阿部寛は食べ方もうまく美味しそうに😋。他人にも優しい人が好き。こちらは数年、弁当🍱🍙🍌永遠繰り返し。煮物汁物、作りたてがない、体に悪い、食中毒も胃腸炎で下痢もしょっちゅう。冬は特に、暖かい食事が恋しい。枕を濡らそう。血圧測ってからか…25時
