Latest version of my Bushman character.. now featuring EYES and a closeup. This was created for an Australian website as a mascot character, and has undergone a couple of simple revisions for the project.
The picture symbolizes disasters in Canada as a result of melting ice with a projected sea level rise in Halifax, Nova Scotia of 3.4 metres (to top of the blue bags) while, already, the mother polars of the Arctic region (with no ice on which to hunt for food) can not breed and these great white bears will soon be no more.
Now every other hope and dream is lost inside of this one thing: to know the one who died for me.
This is my heart's cry.
[The photos didn't fit! The only one that would fit is this re-sized one. *sob* But the good news is that Dad has said that he'll buy me a laptop soon. :D]

Changing Skin tone in Photoshop is easy with this little trick. You neither need to use Masks or Selections. Only the skin is affected. The rest of the image, clothes, background remain unaffected. It can be done in any version of Photoshop. The tutorial is here : photoshopper27.blogspot.com/2011/02/desaturating-skin.html

Saw these wheels laying out in a field. Decided the Fuax sunset would be a nice background. Image came out a little to dark. tried to make a balance by bringing out the shadows, boosting the contrast, and saturation, almost to the max. Just with windows picture editor. The top part has to much noise for my liking but it's still a good photo.

Walking the congested streets of Lagos. The event raised public awareness
about sea level rise, flooding, and the present un-sustainable mode of
transportation which is a threat to our very survival caused by fossil fuel
and climate change.
