I'm a big WWII buff. But strangely, I've not build too many WWII things in Lego. I thought it was time to fix that.
I think it's a big improvement over my last one
I tried to make it as accurate as possible. It is minifig scale, has functional tail, and angled wings.

Back from my recent adventures, I would like to start by thanking you all for the support you have given to my recent images. Not only do I appreciate them, but they encourage and challenge me to do even better, or different.
Despite the fact that I am so late in going through all the images I have produced in the past 6 months, I decided to post a shot from my second trip to Iceland.
As promised, I returned to my ice beach twice, and have still not finished my job on this series. I had mainly showen "night" shots. So here you have a daytime long exposure at the beginning of the golden hour (ca. 9h45pm).
I marvelled at the delicate crystal carvings of this iceberg stranded on the beach, caressed by very soft glowing warm light. In my defence, it was quite pleasing for once to see sunny Iceland. The ice and the blue hues signal cold, yet the deep natural saturation and ice reflections are somehow glowing with warmth. Really tropical ice, a bit of a paradox. Anyhow, that's how I saw it.
