Greenham Common, 27 June 1981.
No less than seven CF-104 Starfighters were at Greenham Common that year. Four flew a formation demonstration. I caught them shortly after they landed. The photo was taken from the open top 'photo bus'.
104827 was written off in July 1982 after colliding mid-air with a sports plane over West Gernany. The Canadian pilot ejected and survived, but the two people in the Piper TriPacer were killed.

This fish was included in a couple of Schleich playsets with no identification, but looks identical, except for the missing anal fin, to the reconstruction in the paper describing the holotype of Potanichthys

A very early Stinson 108 built in 1946. I have a slide shot of this that I took at St Andrews/MB in 1994. Since last year it now lives here in BC at Boundary Bay airport.

CF-GSR - Noorduyn Norseman Mk. 5 - Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum (CWHM)

The Museum’s Noorduyn Norseman, CF-GSR (c/n N29-47) , was built in 1950 by Canadian Car and Foundry, Fort William, Ontario. Mounted on floats, it first flew with a forestry company in the Queen Charlotte Islands, BC. Later it moved East and operated commercially with a succession of companies in Quebec, Ontario and Manitoba, until it finally ended up with Huron Air and Outfitters in Ontario. Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum acquired the aircraft from them in 2014. It is expected that the Norseman will join the flying display of the CWHM next summer.

The Museum's Tiger Moth was built at Downsview, Ontario and taken on strength with the RCAF on April 16, 1941. It was assigned to No. 2 Training Command in Winnipeg, Manitoba and was relegated to the status of an instructional airframe in December 1943. It was struck off service in July 1946, sold and until 1990, not much is known. In 1990, it was registered as CF-IME to Stanley Squires of Milestone, Saskatchewan and in 1992 as C-FIME to John and Sheila Squires of Weyburn, Saskatchewan. Bill Neelin of Camrose, Alberta purchased the aircraft in 1999 and completed a full restoration, registering his Tiger Moth as CF-ANN. It was subsequently purchased by Rob Fleck who operated it at Vintage Wings of Canada for a few seasons until he generously donated it to the Museum in March 2015.
