The first thing yoga intends to do is to unite the body, mind, and soul. Sure, lots of people are physically active, but their mind is not always active in doing so—this disconnection can negatively affect a person in the long run. With daily yoga practice, the mind and body become more synchronized, diminishing the feeling of being exhausted, disconnected, and fragmented. Consciously uniting the mind and body through breath and posture, yoga induces a positive feeling and makes us more present-minded, focused, and energized

I didn't go to uni. I never wanted to. I was never pushed to look at it, never sought more info on it, it was never an option for me.
While I was never interested in uni here, I miss a few things. I wish I'd had that change to move out of home earlier, to live in a shared house, to make friends. Instead I lived at home.
I don't think I wish I had gone to university, I wish I had the opportunity to go to college, as in somewhere in the US. I've been watching some lectures from Stanford from iTunes and find them really engaging, and interesting. So part of me wishes I was able to go to an American college.
Maybe thats just a stupid TV-grown idea, but that thought still sticks with me.

Mainly because I was good at it (barring PE-don't know how I got the athletics award?!)
Because of this, I have kept everything-all my exercise books and 6th form notes, reports and every certificate I ever got. I am really anti hoarding, but I cannot imagine ever throwing this lot out.
A sort of connected mini secret-the C I got in German, spoiling my straight A run, really bugs me. There's nothing I can do about it, but I really regret not having tried harder. There was only 1 german class, so it was mixed ability and I ended up sat with the kids who mucked about. And the teacher was crap-well, that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it-lol!
People always look really surprised if they find out how well I did at school (usually 'cos H tells them!) I hope this is because I have always had jobs that don't reflect it, and not because they can't believe I could do it.

Someone wanted to know if they could buy a gift certificate from me to give as a Christmas gift. Well not wanting to turn a job offer down I designed and printed this up real quick.
I thought it came out pretty nice.
