"Eisabbruch!

Betreten auf eigene Gefahr.

Ice avalanche zone!

Enter at own risk."

Bruno: with 'undercarriage' dampened and darkened with bog water. A docile dog stricken with an ancient urge to throw caution to the wind when allowed to run on Achill's beautiful bogland.

Signpost in Qingcheng Houshan, Sichuan, China

"Caution! Falling Leaves!"? this sounds hilarious if you come from Europe, but wait and see the size of these palm leaves, the hight they fall from and hear the noise they make when they fall!

"Attenzione! Caduta foglie" - trattasi infatti di foglie di palma gigantesche e pesanti che cadono da un'altezza considerevole. Prima ho riso, ma quando ho sentito lo schianto, ho capito il cartello!

I just thought of a great anti-graffiti measure... Paint that never dries.

i didn't think the noise was that bad!

These are stickers from a series in 2econdDraft's January 2002 issue.

Construction cones in Greenville, SC By Denton Harryman on 12/7/2006 Yesterday, on my walk to work I found these construction cones humorous. They seem to shout caution. Actually to be fair the day before they were using the cones to block traffic and I assume they were storing the cones in preparation for completion of the job.

Truthfully, I'm still not certain what this sign is supposed to indicate or why it's there.
