Week 33 - brown

I don't like seeing brown on my bananas. In fact, I like them with some green. Once they start showing brown spots, my throat gets itchy. I thought it was just a weird quirk, but apparently it may be because I'm mildly allergic (due to cross-reactivity).

The lyric comes from one of my favorite Lady Gaga songs, "Brown Eyes". While I love her catchy dance tunes, her ballads are where she really shows off her talent.

Bit of a catchup upload of photos some left behind from Summer, and a bunch of October into November.

www.paulwoolleyphotos.com also has many more as well.

So been having a very busy time lately. Stopped originally because of exam stress and then never really got back into uploading a backlog.

Been quite hectic lately being the final year of university and everything, as well as general dramas that are experienced at such busy times.

Anyway, to catch up a lot. Not all of these are from the correct day, but they've all been from big days in the last couple of weeks.

The Bishop

W/ Unknown Mortal Orchestra, AVA LUNA

Unknown Mortal Orchestra proved to be a tough act to follow, but Toro Y Moi turned in the funkiest, and loudest concert of the Fall semester to this point. With a sold out crowd dancing from wall to wall, Chaz Brundick and his four piece band pumped out chillwave hit after chillwave hit. Chaz swayed back and forth behind his keyboard all night as a psychedelic red glow washed over the room. He starting the evening off with "New Beat," before moving into material from his 2011 EP "Freaking Out."
