This was already up by Saturday morning, if not earlier. MJ died Thursday night. I'm assuming JU did it, if that is in fact an artist tag, has put up lots of graffiti along the red line, keep an eye out for his tag (often accompanied by very buxom drawings).

Week 7 - blue violet
This painting was more blue violet in person. Or maybe in memory. It was part of a collection of student work that I saw while waiting back-stage during the Japanese cosplay fashion show.
The title comes from "Study" by D.H. Lawrence. It's a great poem.
Knackered today, playing catchup on sleep to the point that i headed back to bed this afternoon for an hour....and I STILL dozed off after tea! Not out the door today so 365 shot is a muckabout with a light cube and my old film cams. The FS1 I bought when I was 18, new out, and a fortune at £120 - I worked the whole summer for it in the Photocentre in Larne. Bought another for the battery pack off Ebay last year for 15 quid plus spare lens! In large, I noticed the whole lot needs a ruddy good clean.
Still playing catchup ...
I chose to focus on my ear for this shot because of the trust people show in me by telling me their secrets and asking for advice. Perhaps I am a good listener? Parts of my life history mean that I can not only have sympathy for someone and their plight, but also, in some cases, have genuine empathy. All of this comes, not only from previous life experience, but from not only listening with ones ears, but listening also with ones eyes.
Cousin catchup for lunch, friend for dinner and drinks. Natural history museum suitably filled the gap today. #instagram #instagood #iphoneography

The Bishop
W/ The Broderick, Your a Liar
An Horse lead singer Kate Cooper (pictured above) said she was feeling quite good on the night of their anticipated performance at The Bishop. After getting her "haircut in a carpark" on the way into town, she took to the stage with drummer Damon Cox and performed a well crafted danceable set, comprised mostly of their 2011 release, Walls.
