W/ Toro y Moi, AVA LUNA
There was plenty of buzz about Toro y Moi coming to town this September, but the the New Zealand/Portland low-fi trio Unknown Mortal Orchestra did their best to steal Chaz Bundick's show. Playing to a packed audience, Lead singer/guitarist Ruban Nielson and his two mates, Julien Ehrlich (drums) and Jake Portrait, (pictured above) jammed songs of their self-titled debut including, earning huge applause for "How Can U Luv Me," and "Ffunny Ffrends."

I have a ton to catchup on. There are a couple of shots each of many different deer. Sooo fun to see and watch. I want to archive these Mule Deer shots...Please don't feel compelled to comment...Have been traveling and working so...I really appreciate your visits and comments!

sorry for the catchup posts - I have been a-slackin.
this is a poster i did for the first year acting students of UNC. i did one for them last year and they dug it so they asked me to do it again this year.
It was kind of a hard thing for me to stay motivated on - what, with all of the recent breakup events - but i'm proud of myself for pushing through and sticking to my word.
any of you ever had to keep going on something that was emotionally difficult to continue on?
