Took about a 2 week break from shooting photo's to focus on college and get ready for graduation in the near future; but I'm back behind the lens and really going to push this new Nikon D7000 to it's limits :)

Today was a beautifully cold, cloudy, and foggy autumn day. Even though it is so cold, the last flowers of the year are still blooming.

This reminds me of one of those classic photos where a woman is running somewhere to catch a plane or train to get to the one she loves with her hair, dress, and scarf trailing behind her. I obviously love taking photos of flowers, but rarely am I lucky enough to find one that tells me a story.
