"Do Good Catalyst: Turning Ideas into Impact" took place on November 16, 2016 for Do Good Challenge Seed Fund recipient teams and other members of the Do Good Challenge Community. The night included a recognition of Seed Fund recipients, a dinner and panel with alumni, and an action planning session for teams participating in the Challenge. These teams are working on a diverse range of social impact projects addressing issues like education, refugee services, human-trafficking, homelessness, and environmental sustainability.

I loved this catalyst so much! :) It was hard at first, but after I wrote down what I struggled with, it was really "freeing"

I put lyrics to the song "The Climb" on the side and wrote my insecurities, worries, Depression, and addiction.

I also put struggles with how I feel as an artist on there. :) It really was very freeing for me. I will put in more detail what I used and the exact journaling on my blog... www.kathy-thebeautifullife.blogspot.com. I will have it up by Friday afternoon. :)
