At 246 meters high, the waterfall of Ars is one of the most beautiful and imposing in the Pyrenees. It is divided into 3 large levels, which makes it even more impressive!
I went to the Adirondacks on Sunday, I'm addicted to that place now (lol). It was dark with showers the whole day but good for long exposure photography, so took many stream and waterfall images. This is just a small cascade that I saw while driving past and thought it was pretty and needed it's picture taken.
I hope everyone enjoys this image! :D
The Firehole river flows calmly and placidly for most of it's route before joining the Gibbon river at Madison Junction. That is until it enters this canyon where it flows fast and loud. This is just one section of them. A 40 foot waterfall is nearby downstream.

"The Firehole River flows through several significant geyser basins in the park to include the Upper Geyser Basin, which contains the world-famous geyser Old Faithful. The river was named by early trappers for the steam that makes it appear to be smoking as if on fire." Wiki
