My friends, brace yourselves, those are musk-flavored lifesavers. NOT GOOD. They have a flowery taste that devolves into a skunky, skunky aftertaste. It lingers... just like a skunk.

These "Jaffas" are chocolate inside an orange candy shells. Kinda like big orange flavored m&ms. Tasty!

Here's the contents of my mom's package. We got a variety of spices from her (we've got enough cinnamon from buying it, getting two things from Lance, and the stuff my mom sent to last until we're 76). She also sent along three varieties of the Mocafe mixes, my sushi mat I forgot, and my chopsticks. Oh! And more coffee!

Some of the items I bought for care packages I'm putting together for AnySoldier.com (7/8/07).

I'm really liking the game. I ordered the care package from ToysRus. When I realized I'd be receiving it a week after its release, I bought a regular copy so I could get in on the double xp, hehe.

Occassionally my parents send me care packages... it's a hold over from my college days.. and it's always nice to get a little something in the mail..

In this package:

--5 lbs. bag of gummi bears

-- socks.. because who doesn't need new sox?

-- some twizlers

-- a loaf of blueberry bread

-- a toy for Finneus the Cat from Dakota the Dog..

i love my mom and dad... :-)

Good things come in small packages. Not only did I get TWO vegan candybars and an itunes gift card (which i'll give to Brian's mom), but she sent treats for the dogs and a big bottle of mango hot sauce. Which I will eat all of it even if I die trying.
