Sending off a care package for Moose. It's not that hard, just pick up a B4 mailing box, stuff it full of things and as long as the package is under 2Kg it will be shipped at no cost.

What you put in them depends on the recipient. Check here for suggestions. I'd got an unscheduled call from Moose, and "Bricks" was the thing he needed most so I sent this pack with coffee & some bricks, then followed up with another 1Kg Vita Brit pack the next day.

You can find out the technical details here (ADF) or here or here.

Package almost ready to go. This is a "care package" for a small group of Marines in Afghanistan. They requested some snacks and some food for a local dog they had sort of adopted.

Actually it's liquorice. Must have liquor in it or something.

Earlier this year, I met a new and very dear friend, Lisa, on MySpace. For the last few weeks, we've been working on care packages for one another...miniature little "random acts of kindness," you might say. Hers for me arrived in today's mail. Two adorable stuffed animals for Erin (a St. Bernard and a Dumbo!), a doggy toy for Miss Maggy, and some YUMMY-SCENTED banana body products for me. Thank you, Lisa! :)
