I am obsessed about capturing every space that I am in. Also I do capture performances or spaces on request for a project. I upload the best of the captures on to FLICKR. From these I select a few to write my blogs about the experience, introspection, learning etc. I also use for executing projects in education, performing arts etc.
I create an annual calendar as a tribute to Indian dance and music

"Campers are being evacuated from Fraser Island as wild weather is expected to pummel much of the state's coastline. " I've chosen these pictures because I think they reflect the attitude that many people have towards the natural environment. The day I took the picture of the ship, there was a huge dark storm coming from the sea, we camped in the centre of the Is., so we were unworried. However, that night after dinner, the ranger came and told us to evacuate the island the next day because there was a cyclone forecasted. As soon as he left we had to organize the evacuation (that's the second picture). The following day, early in the morning we drove through the coast with the low tide, the cyclone was close and massive waves were almost touching the car, we were in panic, but we did it. The third picture was taken from the continent.
