Another capture in the early hours at the beach in San Juan. Fishermen were hauling in their catch and the fishes were huge! The ambience was spectacular.

I just love Laiya. It's such a photographic haven for me. Not sure why but it seems I'm totally at ease when I'm there. I feel a little bit more creative when I'm there. :-)

LO powstał na kolejne wyzwanie art-piaskownicy. Tym razem zapraszam do zmierzenia się z nową paletą kolorów zaproponowaną przez Annę-Marię.

I came upon this couple being photographed in Westminster Square and thought this would make a great picture, luckily they repeated this shot giving me enough time to capture the moment of the girl lifting the guy into the air. I have now done a selective colour version of this picture www.flickr.com/photos/84768790@N05/12432630644/ see what you think!

Back in October I took a photo called "Capturing Autumn":

Here is it's counterpart; Capturing Winter.

I'm thinking I'll take a similar shot for Spring and Summer too :)

German officers inspect a captured British aircraft, a B.E. 12 serial number 6547 (?), in a hanger. An early fighter that was considered unsuccessful almost from the start and was withdrawn from service in France by March 1917. We (aurora borealis photographers around the world) head out on painfully cold winter nights to capture the aurora borealis in all their majestic glory, but yet we all know that it's really us that's captured.

A moment to soon if you ask me!

After several minutes of dedication and patience, you manage to capture a yellow ball of light created with light painting, reflected in a nook of a beach. The feeling when seeing the image displayed on the camera’s small screen is almost indescribable. It is a moment of pure awe and satisfaction.

First, there is the emotion of achievement: all the planning, creativity, and effort have borne fruit in an image that shines with its own magic. The yellow ball of light, with its warm and mysterious glow, seems to float in the air, creating an impressive contrast with the natural surroundings of the beach. The rocky surface and the soft shadows of the nook provide a perfect frame for this luminous work of art.

Project: "Motions are in the shape emotions are"

Sometimes, our minds are buzzing. Thoughts and ideas swirl around our heads, they flourish and branch. But they stay captured there, never becoming actions...
