- but just "posing" on a table top to capture the loading ramp for the treasure hunt "Ramp" ---- and then I found an attractive ramp in December! This one is now "demoted" into just a photo for the day....

I’ve put together a series of images showcasing zoo kept birds in their cages. As you can see the cages are obvious to the eye at the first images but as the series progresses it gets more and more unclear. I wanted to illustrate how the birds are now, and how I wish they would be – free as the wind.

The only pic in captivity of Mark and I. One is enough. Don't let moments elude you. Snap away for eternity. Happy snaps, hi-end fart-ography - who gives a toss, as long as you do it. This pic was taken by a robot on the Crazy Coaster ride at the seaside city of Portland.

Marc's Journal: We were each given writing materials when we arrived at our first camp, Monkey Village. Writing was one of the few things that helped keep us going throughout out time in captivity. This page from Marc’s journal describes the day before our third anniversary in captivity.

But it gets 3 squares and it can't be shot or killed by a lion....still...

Day three of my self-enforced captivity. Today I let myself play in the garden for a few minutes, but no shoes yet. Cracks are beginning to show - at one stage I nearly made a break for the Fat Cat.

 

This morning, I actually managed a shower without getting my feet wet. I am ridiculously pleased with myself.
