Temps still below freezing. A water source is essential for birds in winter. The heated birdbath is a big draw for wintering birds.

Species of bird found in Malaysia and Indonesia. Its natural habitat are moist montane forests, common in hill stations such as Fraser Hill, Cameron Highland and Genting. However, the population is suspected to be in decline owing to ongoing habitat destruction and fragmentation.
Thrush yang paling mudah dijumpai di kawasan peranginan tanah tinggi. Kehadirannya selalu memberi kelegaan kepada birders kerana kebiasaannya jika ia ada, maka burung burung spesis lain pastinya ada juga berdekatan.

Here’s another Costa Rica bird that I never get tired of. It is the little bird with the crazy name; Sooty-capped Chlorospingus. I don’t think I have ever seen one along and I rarely have ever seen one sitting still for more than a couple of seconds.

This white-capped albatross flew straight towards our small tour boat. It then settled on the water quite close to us probably hoping we were a fishing vessel and may throw over some off-cuts!

One of my favourite shots from the magnificent Mallee, I just love photographing in the region. The colours are fabulous! I really like how the colours of this tiny little robin pop against the surrounding environment & the foliage creates depth.

Who dares say that those think-tanks o' yours - how do ye call them, "tachikomas", - can be only robotic?
They can be piratic as well, shiver me timbers! Better don't mess with them, these lads have explosive powder kegs!
C'est le point le plus au nord de l'ïle de Minorque. Le Cap de Cavalleria, sorte de grand triangle, représente la pointe d'une longue péninsule au relief sculpté par les tempêtes et la tramontane. Les falaises culminent à 80 mètres au niveau du phare. En poursuivant par la route à la gauche du Cap, se trouvent plusieurs plages dont certaines sont parmi les plus réputées de l’ile. Les eaux autour de la péninsule sont classées réserve marine. La péninsule est un secteur protégé, quasiment vierge de constructions.
En grand format, on aperçoit le phare (blanc). J'ai ajouté une note sur la photo.
