It's the candy catapult! Okay, technically it's a trebuchet, but "Candy Catapult" sounds better -- and nobody knows what a "trebuchet" is anyway. Anyway, they load up the bag with candy, then fire it off at the kids waiting to the left of this picture. (FYI, in 2006 this happened at 3:00, if you want to watch.)
