North Little Rock, AR (at their general offices); I've got a bunch more of these guys at my website here:
The Dressing
A great Caesar salad gets its swagger from a great dressing. Squeamish about raw egg yolks and anchovies? Sorry. Yolks are what give richness to the emulsion, while anchovies provide a briny blast (and that whole umami thing). Here's our go-to recipe:
Chop together 6 anchovy fillets packed in oil, 1 small garlic clove, and a pinch of kosher salt. Use the side of a knife blade to mash into a paste, then scrape into a medium bowl. Whisk in 2 large egg yolks*, 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, and 3/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard. Adding drop by drop to start, gradually whisk in 2 tablespoons olive oil, then 1/2 cup vegetable oil; whisk until dressing is thick and glossy. Whisk in 3 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan. Season with salt, freshly ground black pepper, and more lemon juice, if desired. Can be made 1 day ahead.
The Croutons
Make your own. Tearing, not cutting, the bread ensures nooks and crannies that catch the dressing and add texture. Toss 3 cups torn 1-inch pieces country bread with 3 tablespoons olive oil on a baking sheet; season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Bake at 375°, tossing occasionally, until golden, 10-15 minutes.
The Lettuce
Use whole leaves from 3 romaine hearts to feed 6 people. They provide the ideal mix of crispness, surface area, and structure.
The Cheese
Caesars crowned with a mound of grated Parmesan may look impressive, but all that clumpy cheese mutes the dressing. Instead, use a vegetable peeler to thinly shave a modest amount on top for little salty bursts.
The Assembly
Skip the tongs. Use your hands to gently toss the lettuce, croutons, and dressing, then top off with the shaved Parm.
One of Las Vegas' largest hotel/casino complexes and most recognised landmarks, Caesars Palace has a Roman theme.
The complex contains many statues, columns and iconography typical of Hollywood Roman period productions, including a 20-foot (6.1 m) statue of Julius Caesar near the entrance. Caesars Palace is now owned and operated by Caesars Entertainment. As of July 2016, the hotel has 3,976 rooms and suites in six towers and a convention facility of over 300,000 square feet (28,000 m2).
The hotel has a large range of restaurants, including several serving authentic Chinese cuisine to cater to wealthy East Asian gamblers. From the outset, Caesars Palace has been oriented towards attracting high rollers. The modern casino facilities include table games such as blackjack, craps, roulette, baccarat, Spanish 21, mini-baccarat, Pai Gow and Pai Gow poker; a 4,500-square-foot (420 m2) 24-hour poker room; and a large number of slot machines and video poker machines. The complex has been expanded many times over the years.
From 1981 to 1984, the complex also hosted 2 Formula 1 and two CART races. The former circuit is long gone and one would never know it was even there.
Caesar's Well, Keston, a spring that feed Keston Ponds, and is the source of the River Ravensbourne. I am sure I remember this as a bit of a muddy spring.

A colourful sign advertising a large arcade. I got a photo of Caesars during the day earlier this year:
Gaius Julius Caesar (100 BC - 44 BC) was a Roman general and statesman. He became dictator from 49 BC until his assassination in 44 BC.
The statue is situated at the Via dei Fori Imperiali, a road in the centre of the city of Rome, that is in a straight line from the Piazza Venezia to the Colosseum.

This is a shot of the fountains at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas Nevada. The statue is a replica of the Winged Victory of Samothrace.
This show was a little tough to get as it's pretty popular to get photos of, and people tend to walk in other peoples frames to pose. I was able to get on the shots though in between all of this.
Over the years, the hotel has been owned by various companies, including Sheraton and The Hilton International Corporation, Caesars Entertainment bought the property in 2001 before it merged with Harrah's in 2005. The hotel includes a convention facility of over 300,000 square feet (28,000 m2). Caesars has 3,960 rooms in six towers: Augustus, Centurion, Roman, Palace, Octavius, and Forum. The Colosseum at Caesars Palace is a 4,296-seat entertainment venue, originally built for Celine Dion's show A New Day.... The venue has since hosted performances by numerous other artists. Two of the largest and most famous of Las Vegas' resort complexes were built side by side. The Bellagio and Caesars Palace both have massive casinos and hotels containing nearly 4,000 rooms each. Both resorts tower above the street.

... i always have a ton of fun, reworking 'old' pictures. Here's one from our Trip to Fabulous Las Vegas. We found this little quiet corner in the halls of the Caesars Palace Hotel!

Ouch - Caesar was perched on pointy stick - a somewhat indistinct summit - thankfully marked by pointy stick and a few rocks.

I am so behind with my 100 Strangers Project that I don't actually know what number Caesar happens to be.
After six years, I retired my old, Canon Rebel XTi to the back-up, and wanted to try shooting with its replacement that arrived in the mail today.
So after dinner, Billy and I walked down to the beach and happened to meet Caesar who was being photographed for a calendar.
I asked if he would mind if I made a few shots too, and he happily obliged. So...
I guess this is a sneak preview until I catch up!
Thank you, Caesar!

I'm taking a short break from the HDR processing because I've been a little under the weather lately. Here's a collage of the statues around Caesar's Palace.
Caius Julius Caesar, Roman military commander and writer, conqueror of Galia and the the man who turned the Roman Republic into Empire.
Made during my recent honeymoon trip to Las Vegas. This shot was done just before the start of the fountain show in front of the Bellagio.
The title of this shot inspired by the lead character in the latest in the long line of Planet of the apes movies and the fact that this chimpanzee is nibbling on his lunch.
Seeing the teeth on this fine fellow, you can appreciate why you wouldn't want to get to close to one that's not happy.
Zooming the Sigma lens out to 500mm (equiv. 750mm full frame) and using all of the Pentax's K-3 24 megapixels, I manage to snag this shot, which is cropped from the original image.
