オーストラリアはマーガレット・リバーにあるワイナリー。ワイナリー名は「悪魔の巣」との意味で、現在はタスマニアにしか生息していない珍獣「タスマニアン・デビル」がオーストラリア本土にも生息していた証となる洞窟から名付けられた（ラベルに描かれているのはそのタスマニアン・デビル）。カベルネ/メルロのブレンド。
大して期待もせずに飲んだが、意外にも美味しい。
果実味、渋み、凝縮感どれもがうまくまとまっていて、飲み応えがありながらもバランスの良いワイン。気持ち酸味が強い気もするが、予想外のヒットであった。
